Being the bicycle conceived for fast riders and sprinters; high handlebar deformation cannot be tolerated. Therefore, once the shape has been confirmed, several carbon layups and headset concepts have been tested, before choosing the final one. The result
is that CC.01 is stiffer than the selected reference handlebar on the market (16% stiffer than reference competitor in vertical and lateral stiffness according to Colnago internal test).
