From our experience and top-level achievements on the track here is the new range of carbon fiber wheels: PISTA. Designed to offer maximum rigidity and excellent aerodynamic efficiency, this new line is available in various hub widths and rim configurations, in this version with a 2-WAY FIT rim to meet the demands of high-performance track cycling.

Description

Campagnolo presents "Pista," the evolution of indoor wheels designed for competition. Derived from a training model, it has been completely redesigned to offer a racing experience accessible to an even wider audience at velodromes.

The new Pista makes a comeback with a completely revamped concept: a versatile wheel set, suitable for all major track cycling disciplines. No longer just a training choice, but a high-performance option, ideal for both youth and professional competitions. It can be used as a pair or in a mixed configuration with our Ghibli.

Compared to the latter, Pista stands out for its excellent handling, brilliant performance in more tactical disciplines—such as keirin—and greater practicality in terms of transport and maintenance. Ghibli, on the other hand, remains the product of choice for time trials and pursuits, where extreme aerodynamics are a must.

In this 2-WAY FIT version with "hooked" rim, Pista stands as the new speed standard for the world of velodromes.

REVAMPED CONCEPT
A completely redesigned indoor wheelset, suitable for all track cycling disciplines. Every aspect of the project has been developed with a specific goal in mind: maximizing aerodynamics.


INTEGRATED AERODYNAMICS
Every detail of the wheel has been designed to work in perfect synergy: from the design of the hub and its flanges, to the shape and interface of the spokes with the hub, to the rim with internal AERO Mo-Mag nipples. At speed, the wheel behaves as a single, integrated system, offering maximum rigidity and aerodynamic advantage.


HIGH-PERFORMANCE RIM
The unidirectional carbon fiber rim has a 65 mm high profile designed to ensure the best balance between responsiveness, aerodynamics, and stability, key factors in track racing.


SUPERIOR SMOOTHNESS
The wheel is equipped with the legendary CULT ceramic bearings, a Campagnolo exclusive. Used only in the finest hubs and cranksets, they represent a revolution compared to traditional bearings.
Thanks to their proprietary manufacturing specifications, CULT bearings offer extremely low rolling resistance, ensuring maximum performance and unparalleled energy efficiency while pedaling.

Spokes

Spoke Positioning – Hub Side To maximize aerodynamic efficiency, the aerodynamic spokes are housed inside the hub body, preventing the spoke head from protruding from the flange. This solution reduces air resistance and improves overall aerodynamic flow.
Spoke and Nipple Positioning – Rim Side The nipples are positioned inside the rim. The use of internal nipples in the PISTA range adds a further aerodynamic advantage, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient profile.

The new Pista features a unidirectional carbon fiber rim with a 65 mm high profile designed to ensure maximum aerodynamics, rigidity, and stability — essential qualities for track races.
With a 21 mm internal bed (C21) and a hooked profile, the rim is compatible with 2-WAY FIT technology, which allows the use of clincher and tubeless tires, offering maximum versatility based on the athlete's needs.
The C-LUX finish, combined with water-transfer graphics, gives the wheel clean, distinctive aesthetics in true Campagnolo style.

Assembly

The Pista wheelset has been assembled entirely by hand by a specialized Campagnolo operator and subjected to 100% quality control using precision electronic instruments. This procedure guarantees the highest standards of performance and reliability, in line with the excellence that has always set all Campagnolo wheels apart.
