Today within the MODOLO's brand, we are fixing the point of the HANDLEBARS, FRAMES, SEAT POST, BOTTLE CAGES, built-tecnology and innovation for ROAD-ATB-DOWN HILL and TREKKING.
In north of Italy, near the Conegliano City-Veneto Region, we have a modern system of working machine for the termic treatments of light alloy and a sofisticated 12 axis bending - machines, with 2 CNC heads (the only machinery in the world producing handlebars). We have introduced for the first time the ceramic shot-peening process; we have a specially control-quality with a laboratory of materials analysis. More of this, we treat advantage FROM the areonautic cad system 'CATIA' for the tridimensional projects development.
We supply with our handlebars and products many high and medium level cycling manifacturer industries, specially in the middle and north of Europe. We control the quality with finding lot productitivity, the materials are due certificated for mechanics performance.
We would like to have the first objective in the cyrcle of the Cyclism: SECURITY, QUALITY and INNOVATION.
