With just a base layer underneath, it's a windproof jersey for mild conditions. Alternatively, you can wear it like a vest over a jersey, with added protection for the shoulders. This extra light garment is breathable and windproof on the front and water-repellent all over.

The inspiration for the Perfetto RoS 2 Wind Jersey came from our pros: they loved the Gabba but wanted a slightly thinner and less warm version. These criteria were the birth of the lighter and more breathable Perfetto Light.
With the fourth generation we also changed the name from Perfetto Light to Perfetto RoS 2 Wind Jersey. And it's become a staple of our fall and spring wardrobe because it's useful in so many situations...which makes it very difficult to define. On the one hand it is a warmer vest as it has the same construction as the Perfetto RoS 2 Vest, just with short sleeves. In other words, it is a less warm gabba. Or a jersey with high wind protection at the front.
No matter how YOU define it, you'll appreciate that it offers just the right amount of protection on cool days while remaining highly breathable. You feel warm and protected, but almost enjoy the light feel and freedom of movement of a summer jersey.
On mild days we wear it as a jersey over a light base layer, with seamless arm warmers. For cooler or changeable conditions we pull it over a jersey, with either Seamless or Nano Flex arm warmers.
The "2" in the name refers to the update to the latest version, including a YKK® Vislon® 2-way zipper for more adjustable ventilation. The reflective trimmings on the back are more visible, the back pockets offer more volume. And the back part is a little less extended in order to reduce the pack size.
