This is an updated version of the oversized pulley system for Shimano 9100/9150 and 8000 SS/8050 SS. Assembly instructions for this version and for the old one are available in our support section.
This new design features an integrated toe tower for ease of assembly.
The CeramicSpeed Oversized Pulley Wheels system has proven to be the fastest pulley system in the world and offers power savings starting at 2.4 watts compared to standard Shimano systems.
The OSPW System for Shimano 9100/9150 and 8000 SS/8050 SS is an industry leading product that has been chosen by many of the world's leading professional cycling teams and triathletes.
Equipped with a 13-tooth upper derailleur and a 19-tooth lower derailleur, for absolute derailleur optimization. Oversized aluminum upper and lower roller wheels are fitted with standard bearings or coated CeramicSpeed bearings.
Note: The OSPW system for 9100/9150 and 8000 SS/8050 SS is NOT compatible with Ultegra 8000-GS or 8050-GS derailleurs (center cage), nor with Ultegra RD RX800 & RX805 equipped with a clutch . You will find an RX800 & RX805 compatible version in our OSPW X for Shimano RX800/805 . You will find a compatible upgrade for Ultegra 8000-GS or 8050-GS in our pulleys for Shimano, 11s NW.
Please note that, despite design similarities, this OSPW is not compatible with Shimano 9200 or 8100 series 12-speed derailleurs.
The Shimano 9100/8000 OSPW system is compatible with Dura Ace and Ultegra derailleurs up to a 32t cassette.
The total power savings of the OSPW system for Shimano 9100/9150 /8000 reach 30%-60% or in some cases more than a standard setup.
Oversized pulleys have a lifespan 3 to 5 times longer than the standard pulleys usually used on the market.
The Shimano 9100/9150 and 8000 SS/8050 SS OSPW system is compatible up to a 32 cassette for Dura Ace & Ultegra derailleurs.
