Ultra flat pedal (Axle height - sole) :
15.7 mm as opposed to 21.6 mm for the former standard, which grants it a more profiled design. Cyclists who change from the DELTA standard to the new KEO standard are advised to lower their saddle by 6 mm

The Keo pedal body is carbon. With its Cro-Moly spindle it weighs in at 230g for the set, coming in at roughly 40g lighter than Shimano Dura-Ace SPD-SL.
