SPORTS NUTRITION: Maxim Recovery Protein-Bar

Ingredients: milk protein, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, milk chocolate coating (18% - sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithin, flavour), soy protein, vegetable oil, banana (1,1%), dextrose, flavourings, emulsifier (lecithin), maltodextrin, thiamin (vitamin B1).

After exercise

The quantity of Recovery Bar to consume after exercise depends on the individual athlete, the intensity and duration of exercise. We have the following guidelines for usage:

up to 2 hours Consume within one hour after exercise 1 bar / 2 bars

longer than 2 hours Consume within one hour after exercise 1 bar + 250ml Recovery Drink / 2 bars+ 250ml Recovery Drink

* for an optimal result, use a Maxim Recovery Drink.

Note : drink directly after exercise 500 - 750 ml Maxim Energy Drink to recuperate the fluid balance and to restore the minerals. Then consume Maxim Recovery Bar(s) and Drink.
