AX - Daedalus Carbon Seatpost

The AX.Daedalus is our setback seatpost as having become a necessity for many modern frame geometries in order to be positioned far enough behind the bottom bracket. We wanted to fill this market gap by developing a seatpost which is close in weight to our straight seatpost.
Same as with our Europa seatpost only the highest-end materials are being used with the Daedalus. The post's tube is made of top-quality carbon prepreg in an autoclave, which guarantees a high strength and at the same time the lowest possible weight. The clamping area is reinforced with aramid. Like that the right choice in seatpost length is also of highest importance with the Daedalus as well which should easily be satisfied by the three offered length though. The Ti6Al4V bolts, the yokes made of high-strength 7075 aluminium as well as the carbon halfpipe complete the package.
The Daedalus stands out with its unique design and goes extremely well with our Phoenix saddle - a combination that guarantees a perfect symbiosis of design, technique, functionality and low weight.
The Daedalus has just recently won an Olympic MTB Gold Medal and is approved for MTb as well as Road use.
