Rotor 3D24 130 BCD Aero Crank
The Rotor 3D24 Aero TT is featuring a striking aero spider design with light reinforced structure increases stiffness and improves aerodynamics. The Rotor 3D24 Aero TT crank continuous to lead the 24mm crank market in terms of performance and rigidity. It is one of the first cranks which have been designed with the input of a pro cycling team, proven by world champion titles. The "Closed Clamp Concept" has a left hand crank axle clamp saves weight and improves stiffness, while its trinity drilling system crank arms offers unsurpassed rotational and longitudinal bending resistance.
Utilizing a special manufacturing process, named the “Trinity Drilling System,” an extruded aluminum bar is intricately CNC machined with three drilled holes through the length of the crank. The result is a unique triple hollow crank arm that enables Rotor to remove the excess aluminum in the core while still maintaining the structural strength of the crank.
Race 3D24 cranks can be used with Rotor Q-Rings (not included in delivery), but can also be used with any standard chainrings for 130mm bolt circle.
Third generation of DTT (Double Thread Technology) technology in the left crank clamping system. 3D24 cranks have conventional assembly method but uses 3rd Gen DTT bolts which guarantee a reduction of stress rizers in the clamping area.
The 3D24 Aero-TT crank can be used with any standard Shimano-compatible bottom bracket cups for 24mm spindles. Under "attachments" you will find a chart of available Rotor bottom brackets which fit to your frame.
