This track frame was originally intended for cycling schools and takes on the characteristics of a track champion, the 496.
It adopts the same geometry and its rigidity. The use of aluminium answers the budget constraints of starting athletes who wish to train in the best conditions and benefit of LOOK’s know-how.
Diagonal mega tube
The diagonal tube is oversized to increase the frame’s rigidity. Its water drop shape ensures efficient aerodynamic performances. The saddle stem is also oversized with a diameter of 31.8 mm.
Carbon track fork
The fork of the AL 464 P is 100% carbon fork (pivot included). It is both very lightweight and ultra resistant. Its carbon composition benefits of special reinforcements for its use on the track. Its lateral rigidity has been notably increased. It also approaches an aerodynamic profile with branch sections creating minimal turbulences.
Aluminium frame 6061, tubes of variable thickness and oversized diagonal tube. Carbon aero fork.
Weight: frame + fork = 1960 gr.
