Site owners comments (please do not reproduce (c) BHIP Ltd 2005): The Polar S625X heart rate monitor is a combined Heart Rate Monitor, altimeter and speed / distance monitor. It offers the user the ability to exercise either within a heart rate training zone or within a prescribed pace window, i.e 5:30 to 6:15 min per mile pace. The Polar S625X HRM stores exercise files for later analysis on the PC (or via on screen recall).

The Polar S625X also utilises state of the art infrared technology with a separately available Polar Infrared Interface for transferring the training data to PC for further analysis by Polar Precision Performance 4.0 sw which comes along with this product. The new Polar S625X software incorporates altitude, run speed, bike speed (optional) and pedal cadence (optional)
