Elite’s CRONO WIRELESS is the only digital trainer in the world that has a wireless communication between braking unit and display. The transmission of information uses a coded system in which the transmitter is placed inside the resistance unit (UR) and the receiver inside the console to be applied on the handlebar.
Another very important innovation of the Crono Wireless is the frame, with a self-regulating compass structure that allows to transmit the force on the resistance unit in function of the weight and positioning of the athlete, different from what happens with a classic-type frame, where such force is pre-determined by a mechanic system with constant force

CRONO WIRELESS has a Fluid type resistance unit, with a big-diameter Elastogel roller (45mm, 15mm more that the usual 30mm ones) that allows a greater adherence to the tyre, a reduction of roller’s turns (spins) of 33% with a subsequent decrease of noise level (more that 50%) and a increase in product’s life.

One of the innovations introduced regards the coding of each UR, that allows to use the trainer without any external interference in data transmission. The coding can also be personalized, so that more than one trainer can be used in the same environment. It is not necessary anymore to set the pressure of the tyre on the roller of the UR or connect / disconnect the UR before and after the training.

The console has a wide vertical display that gives 15 different kinds of information:

* Total distance of all races;
* Actual and average slope;
* Elevation gain;
* Race time;
* Total races time;
* Indicator of actual speed compared with average speed;
* Batteries level.
