Each calliper is hand assembled, and uses full 6AL / 4V titanium hardware, including the main pivot bolt, and igneous dual pivot mechanism, which produces approximately 15% more braking power than any other calliper & also acts as a quick release! The callipers have been refined even further, including fully CNC machined pad holders with full rotational adjustment, for rim alignment, and air scoops to assists cooling, as carbon rims do not dissipate heat and in many cases cause rubber brake pads to harden. They are now supplied with more titanium hardware, even the cable clamping screw is now titanium and larger in diameter, along with titanium pad screws and main pivot bolts. The spring is now also balanced for perfect centring.
